Wooden Pallets & Top Frames

We have experience providing pallets for use in a variety of settings, including machinery-based processes. We understand attention to every detail is key to ensure smooth automation.
Additional services can be provided as needed, from unique visual identification markers to wooden pallet top frames that fit your product. Should you need pallets to be heat treated or a particular grade of timber used to meet certain standards, we can provide the right solution.

Plastic Pallets & Top Frames

Bennex Mercantile Solutions source new and recycled plastic pallets, of standard dimensions or by custom design.

Plastic pallets have many benefits including being moisture resistant, they are hard wearing with a long operational life and are light and easy to move but with a high load rating.
Plastic pallets are easily cleaned and sanitised for use in environments where high standards of hygiene are a must. Due to their non-absorbent surface, they do not absorb liquids or cleaning products.
They are not required to be fumigated or heat treated for export and because they are highly resistant to atmospheric conditions, make an excellent choice when exporting products to countries with varied climate conditions.

Shrink Wrap

Shrink wrap is a fundamental industrial supply item, and we have a range of products available to suit your application.

Bennex Mercantile Solutions can provide standard stretch wrap for use by hand or in a machinery application. We also provide pre-stretched wrap which assists to reduce the tension required when wrapping by hand.
We provide high clarity film, so labels or barcodes can be viewed or scanned for efficient movement through your logistical pathway. Alternatively, we provide black film to conceal your goods on the pallet when additional security is needed.
All our products have a high level of puncture and tear resistance with strong stretch memory to provide load stability.
We provide pallet wrap accessories that include:

• top covers
• base layer sheets
• pallet corner boards

These complement the existing packaging through providing greater stacking capacity if pallets are required to be double stacked.
It can also assist to reduce load shift for heavy or voluminous pallets and stabilize goods when shrink wrapped.

Site Safety Equipment

Health and Safety equipment is a vital component of any organisation. This not only includes appropriate PPE and signage, but hygiene products that support your workforce.

Bennex Mercantile Solutions provide standard and branded PPE including clothing and apparel, gloves, height protection and head protection. We also source products to assist in housekeeping such as hand sanitiser, hand wash, general cleaners and surface disinfectants.

Temp Warehouse / Logistics Staff

Importing & Exporting Freight

The Bennex Mercantile Solutions team has decades of experience in moving freight, both in and out of the country. We can provide dedicated support for the transport and management of both air freight and sea freight.

Our warehouse is situated very close to Auckland Airport and has the following certification:

• MPI Approved Transitional Facility
• RMP Accredited site
• Dangerous Goods (DG) approved site

Airfreight

Our transport team is experienced in lodging and collection both unitised and loose freight from both Air NZ and Menzies at the Auckland Airport. We can also load and unpack ULD’s as required.

Sea freight

We have the capability to process palletised and loose freight when loading or devanning 20” and 40” containers.

All Freight

When processing your freight, we can ensure the finished product is as per your requirements by:

• Palletising loose freight
• Repacking
• Labelling
• Checking and receipting all arrived goods and reporting back to you.
